I am a senior UK qualified Commercial solicitor with over 24 years of experience, both in private practice and in-house. I provide advice to a broad spectrum of clients across a variety of industries including insurance, online business and legal solutions, hospitality and catering services, entertainment, retail, and publishing. My practice covers all areas of commercial law, more recently relating to SaaS and technology development and licensing, as well as data protection, intellectual property rights protection and exploitation, and regulatory issues. My extensive experience has enabled me to work with world renowned brands including WTW, LexisNexis, Coca-Cola, Reckitt-Benckiser Lucasfilm, Paramount Pictures, Cosmopolitan, Jeep and Mercedes-Benz, as well as start-ups at the cutting edge of technology.
I have a breadth of experience in providing advice on, and negotiating, bespoke and complex deals and agreements, as well as creating new document suites, and reviewing and overhauling clients’ templates to bring them up to date from a legal, regulatory, and operational perspective.
