In March 2012, I embarked on a new venture and founded CTCC Solutions Ltd. With over a decade in business now, I have been using my 36 years of credit control, IT and accounts experience to improve the cash flow for many businesses. Providing a friendly and professional approach to credit control, my aim has always been to offer a service which focused on maintaining customer relationships whilst also saving time for clients to do the job they love. I have extensive experience within the world of Office Management and Administration with many years of experience in a variety of commercial organisations including all aspects of IT, accounts and credit control. I also volunteer with the Federation of Small Businesses as an area lead, and I am an Enterprise Advisor with The Careers Hub attached to Pool Academy bridging the gap between the business community and education to help provide a varied career program for all students. To maintain a balance outside of my business I really enjoy Gig rowing and surfing, and have co-sponsored the Netsurfing events with the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce to encourage everyone to have a go!
