Family and having fun in life are essential to me. I’m a busy mum, but my real superpower is multitasking. I’m great at multitasking. I’ve been called a ‘process queen’ known for seeing things through properly.
I left school at 16, keen to get real-world experience; I learnt early on to keep things simple; let’s face it, life’s complicated enough.
I started Thought Quarter alongside my husband, Sam, 8 years ago. We started our own company to do more of the stuff we enjoy.
Our mission is simple; we help ambitious businesses by understanding and solving complex problems using tech solutions.
Before Thought Quarter, I built up years working in customer service; I’ve always had a knack for understanding people. And that’s an integral part of my day-to-day work as People & Culture Director.
